The Ipsos End of Year Review

The Search for Silver Linings

I am delighted to invite you to the Ipsos End of Year Review, which I’m very much looking forward to hosting for the first time as Chief Executive of Ipsos in the UK & Ireland.

We’ll reflect on the defining events of 2026 and explore what our latest research reveals about how people are finding agency, opportunity and meaning in an increasingly uncertain world.

I'll be joined by a fantastic panel:

  • The Baroness Hazarika MBE, Member of the House of Lords
  • Dex Hunter-Torricke, Founder and President of The Center for Tomorrow and an expert in AI and public policy, formerly with Meta, SpaceX, Google and the United Nations
  • Alice Lassman, writer and economist specialising in Gen Z, economic policy, masculinity and human-centred AI.

Against a backdrop of geopolitical tension, climate concerns and rapid technological change, Richie Jones, Chief Client Officer of Ipsos in the UK & Ireland, will share findings from Ipsos’ latest global research on how people are adapting and moving forward.

Together, we’ll explore where the silver linings are emerging, what they mean for society, and how businesses and organisations can respond to the opportunities ahead.

I hope you can join us for an evening of lively discussion, drinks and networking.

Best wishes,

Trinh Tu

Chief Executive, Ipsos in the UK & Ireland
