GREAT EXPECTATIONS? STAYING CLOSE TO CITIZENS AND CONSUMERS

O

Our expectations lie at the foundations of all our subjective experiences, influencing the choices we make in all aspects of our lives. But, from a researcher’s perspective, expectations are not always the easiest concept to capture and measure.

At the next episode of our KEYS webinar series, we will be sharing new analysis to help us better diagnose what citizens and consumers are looking for these days. How and where are expectations changing? And how can we better understand what underpins people’s choices?

On the agenda:

The year so far: how’s it going? we review the latest public opinion data and set it against the context of our new Ipsos Global Trends report: A New World Disorder – Opportunity in a Polycrisis.

Unlocking brand success: do we really know how people see our brand and our category? We explore why shaping expectations is more important than just understanding them.

Keeping the dream relevant: the luxury sector provides a case in point to illustrate how consumer aspirations have been evolving recently. We review what this means for an industry that historically has prided itself in the quality of its products and creations.

We are more than our senses: when buying a product, our experiences are an amalgamation of different forces (sensory, knowledge and context). We present new ideas for developing a holistic approach to product testing and development.

We do hope you will be able to join us.

The sessions will include a Q&A with our presenters.
